Our condo provides a WOW reaction every time you enter with unrivaled views of the Bay of Banderas, the city and of the surrounding mountains.  The nighttime views are magical with sparkling city lights and nightly fireworks and can be enjoyed from the terraza or your private zero edge heated dipping pool.  Frequent sightings of humpback whales occur during the winter months in the bay.   This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with over 2,700 feet of luxurious living space embodies the best of European and Mexican contemporary design.  It features a richly designed kitchen with sleek Italian cabinetry, granite countertops and a 12-foot center island. The interior is tastefully elegant yet remains a casual design aesthetic. Amenities include two large bedrooms with king beds, the second king bed can be separated into twins, two newly renovated bathrooms with rain showers, the main bathroom features a designer bathtub, new linens and towels, including beach towels, hairdryer, two smart tvs, 1 car space in secured indoor parking lot, convection oven, microwave, toaster, griddle, blender, dry goods, basic spices, coffee maker, mini food processor, new washer and dryer on the premises with iron and ironing board, propane BBQ grill, and safe  

Enjoy one of the most dramatic locations in Puerto Vallarta, the Avalon Condominiums.  Located in the heart of Amapas Mountain’s exclusive residential area, you can walk or take a taxi downtown to the numerous shops and restaurants in the nearby Romantic Zone.  Walking to town is downhill and taxies are easy to catch back.  Enjoy the buildings’ extensive landscaped grounds, two stunning swimming pools, fitness center, and central 'Skyview Bar' outdoor lounge.  Upon arrival you will be greeted in the large open lobby where the 24/7 security/concierge personnel can assist you with transportation and advice for your stay at Avalon and in Puerto Vallarta. 

Amenities of the condominium: 40 meter infinity edge pool with swim-up bar for entertaining and umbrella shaded chaise lounges, a large, green-tiled pool in a lush garden setting with in-water sunbeds, a professional grade fully equipped fitness center and steam room, concierge and security. 

November 1 through April 30:   $395.00/night  

Except December 15 through January 7:   $450.00/night  

May 1 through October 31:   $325.00/night 

• All rates quoted are minimum 7 nights 
• Long term rental rates are negotiable
• Maid service is provided on Saturdays
• All rates quoted include 100kwh electricity/night.  Additional usage will be charged at a rate of $0.35USD per kwh. 
• All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless a different schedule is requested and can be accommodated.   
• No smoking, pets, or children under 13.
• Initial Deposit: The initial 50% deposit is due within 5 business days from the date of the booking.
• 100% final payment is due 60 days before arrival.
• Security Deposit:  A $500.00 USD Security Deposit is required with your final payment.
